Litany of Lore was born out of frustration. Frustration that I'd had to figure out everything there was to know about publishing and book marketing through trial and error when it seemed like everyone else was already in the know.

The gate keepers aren't just in traditional publishing anymore. We've entered an era of side hustles and pyramid schemes camouflaged as secret knowledge and hidden behind pay walls. And the worst of it is that a lot of the time it's other authors doing it.

I believe that seeing fellow authors as competition is detrimental to the writing community. That's why any knowledge I have will be shared here, for free. I have a series of non-fiction writing books in the works, but they are for those who like to have big topics laid out systematically or for authors who need a physical copy in their hands to highlight, annotate, etc. None of the knowledge in my books exists only in my books.

I'm not some great authority on the subject of writing and publishing, but I am an author who has been there, done that over and over again and Litany of Lore is how I choose to share my journey as an author with you.
